Throughout your time during TEC Life, you’ll have regular catch-ups and conversations with staff and mentors just to check how things are going. Only you can make the staff aware of any concerns or issues – and you’ll be encouraged to be honest and open about how you’re feeling.

Success at Pioneer TEC is determined by happiness, readiness to learn and get involved. We’ll do as much as we can to ensure we’re providing young people with everything needed in order for that to happen.
Careful planning and delivery keeps young people on track we know that relationships are crucial for success. Our team of staff are trained in trauma informed care and this is core to everything we do.
Regular and open communication will enable us to tailor programs of education, our care and our delivery to suit each young person and their learning styles.
